H.R. 3452--A bill to impose a tax on Wall Street bonuses received from 
    TARP recipients and direct revenue to mortgage workouts; to the 
    Committee on Ways and Means, and in addition to the Committee on 
    Financial Services, for a period to be subsequently determined by

    fall within the jurisdiction of the committee concerned.
