H.R. 3448--A bill to establish an expedited schedule for the issuance 
    of a Combined Construction and Operating License for nuclear 
    reactors that meet certain conditions, and for other purposes; to 
    the Committee on Energy and Commerce, and in addition to the 
    Committee on Natural Resources, for a period to be subsequently 
    determined by the Speaker, in each case for consideration of such 
    provisions as fall within the jurisdiction of the committee 
    concerned.
