H.R. 3411--A bill to exempt certain coastal barrier areas in Florida 
    from limitations on Federal expenditures and financial assistance 
    under the Coastal Barriers Resources Act, and limitations on flood 
    insurance coverage under the National Flood Insurance Act of 1968; 
    to the Committee on Natural Resources, and in addition to the 
    Committee on Financial Services, for a period to be subsequently 
    determined by the Speaker, in each case for consideration of such 
    provisions as fall within the jurisdiction of the committee 
    concerned.
