H.R. 3366--A bill to prohibit the use of funds to promote the direct 
    deposit of Veterans and Social Security benefits until adequate 
    safeguards are established to prevent the attachment and 
    garnishment of such benefits; to the Committee on Ways and Means, 
    and in addition to the Committee on Veterans' Affairs, for a 
    period to be subsequently determined by the Speaker, in each case 
    for consideration of such provisions as fall within the 
    jurisdiction of the committee concerned.
