H.R. 3274--A bill to amend the National Voter Registration Act of 1993 
    to provide members of the Armed Forces and their family members 
    equal access to voter registration assistance, and for other 
    purposes; to the Committee on House Administration, and in 
    addition to the Committee on Armed Services, for a period to be 
    subsequently determined by the Speaker, in each case for 
    consideration of such provisions as fall within the jurisdiction 
    of the committee concerned.
