H.R. 3224--A bill to authorize the Board of Regents of the Smithsonian 
    Institution to plan, design, and construct a vehicle maintenance 
    building at the vehicle maintenance branch of the Smithsonian 
    Institution located in Suitland, Maryland, and for other purposes; 
    to the Committee on House Administration, and in addition to the 
    Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure, for a period to be 
    subsequently determined by the Speaker, in each case for 
    consideration of such provisions as fall within the jurisdiction 
    of the committee concerned.
