H.R. 3086--A bill to coordinate authorities within the Department of 
    the Interior and within the Federal Government to enhance the 
    United States' ability to conserve global wildlife and biological 
    diversity and for other purposes; to the Committee on Natural 
    Resources, and in addition to the Committee on Foreign Affairs, 
    for a period to be subsequently determined by the Speaker, in each 
    case for consideration of such provisions as fall within the 
    jurisdiction of the committee concerned.
