H.R. 3033--A bill to authorize Federal agencies and legislative branch 
    offices to purchase greenhouse gas offsets and renewable energy 
    credits, and for other purposes; to the Committee on Oversight and 
    Government Reform, and in addition to the Committees on House 
    Administration, and Energy and Commerce, for a period to be 
    subsequently determined by the Speaker, in each case for 
    consideration of such provisions as fall within the jurisdiction 
    of the committee concerned.
