H.R. 2990--A bill to provide special pays and allowances to certain 
    members of the Armed Forces, expand concurrent receipt of military 
    retirement and VA disability benefits to disabled military 
    retirees, and for other purposes; to the Committee on Armed 
    Services, and in addition to the Committees on Oversight and 
    Government Reform, Natural Resources, and Veterans' Affairs, for a 
    period to be subsequently determined by the Speaker, in each case 
    for consideration of such provisions as fall within the 
    jurisdiction of the committee concerned.
