H.R. 2823--A bill to amend the Uniformed and Overseas Citizens 
    Absentee Voting Act to enhance and improve certain procedures 
    relating to voting by absent members of the uniformed services, 
    and for other purposes; to the Committee on House Administration, 
    and in addition to the Committee on Armed Services, for a period 
    to be subsequently determined by the Speaker, in each case for 
    consideration of such provisions as fall within the jurisdiction 
    of the committee concerned.
