H.R. 2817--A bill to address global hunger and improve food security 
    through the development and implementation of a comprehensive 
    governmentwide global hunger reduction strategy, the establishment 
    of the White House Office on Global Hunger and Food Security, and 
    the creation of the Permanent Joint Select Committee on Hunger, 
    and for other purposes; to the Committee on Foreign Affairs, and 
    in addition to the Committees on Agriculture, and Rules, for a 
    period to be subsequently determined by the Speaker, in each case 
    for consideration of such provisions as fall within the 
    jurisdiction of the committee concerned.
