H.R. 2747--A bill to amend the Small Business Act to improve outreach 
    and support activities and to increase award recipients from rural 
    areas with respect to the Small Business Innovation Research 
    Program and the Small Business Technology Transfer Program, and 
    for other purposes; to the Committee on Small Business, and in 
    addition to the Committee on Science and Technology, for a period 
    to be subsequently determined by the Speaker, in each case for 
    consideration of such provisions as fall within the jurisdiction 
    of the committee concerned.
