H.R. 2448--A bill to provide for regulation of futures transactions 
    involving energy commodities, to regulate credit default swaps, to 
    strengthen the enforcement authorities of the Federal Energy 
    Regulatory Commission under the Natural Gas Act, Natural Gas 
    Policy Act of 1978, and the Federal Power Act, and for other 
    purposes; to the Committee on Agriculture, and in addition to the 
    Committees on Energy and Commerce, and Financial Services, for a 
    period to be subsequently determined by the Speaker, in each case 
    for consideration of such provisions as fall within the 
    jurisdiction of the committee concerned.
