H.R. 2281--A bill to establish a temporary program in the Small 
    Business Administration to assist small business concerns by 
    decreasing interest payments for certain loans, and for other 
    purposes; to the Committee on Small Business, and in addition to 
    the Committee on Financial Services, for a period to be 
    subsequently determined by the Speaker, in each case for 
    consideration of such provisions as fall within the jurisdiction 
    of the committee concerned.
