H.R. 2192--A bill to establish an integrated Federal program to 
    protect, restore, and conserve the Nation's natural resources in 
    response to the threats of climate change and ocean acidification; 
    to the Committee on Natural Resources, and in addition to the 
    Committees on Agriculture, and Science and Technology, for a 
    period to be subsequently determined by the Speaker, in each case 
    for consideration of such provisions as fall within the 
    jurisdiction of the committee concerned.
