H.R. 2137--A bill to amend the Public Health Service Act, the Employee 
    Retirement Income Security Act of 1974, the Internal Revenue Code 
    of 1986, and title 5, United States Code, to require individual 
    and group health insurance coverage and group health plans and 
    Federal employees health benefit plans to provide coverage for 
    routine HIV screening; to the Committee on Energy and Commerce, 
    and in addition to the Committees on Education and Labor, Ways and 
    Means, and Oversight and Government Reform, for a period to be 
    subsequently determined by the Speaker, in each case for 
    consideration of such provisions as fall within the jurisdiction 
    of the committee concerned.
