H.R. 1748--A bill to amend title 18, United States Code, to enhance 
    the investigation and prosecution of mortgage fraud and financial 
    institution fraud, and for other purposes; to the Committee on the 
    Judiciary, and in addition to the Committees on Oversight and 
    Government Reform, and Financial Services, for a period to be 
    subsequently determined by the Speaker, in each case for
