H.R. 1550--A bill to accelerate motor fuel savings nationwide and 
    provide incentives to registered owners of high polluting 
    automobiles to replace such automobiles with new fuel efficient 
    and less polluting automobiles or public transportation; to the 
    Committee on Energy and Commerce, and in addition to the Committee 
    on Transportation and Infrastructure, for a period to be 
    subsequently determined by the Speaker, in each case for 
    consideration of such provisions as fall within the jurisdiction 
    of the committee concerned.
