H.R. 147--A bill to amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to allow 
    taxpayers to designate a portion of their income tax payment to 
    provide assistance to homeless veterans, and for other purposes; 
    to the Committee on Ways and Means, and in addition to the 
    Committee on Veterans' Affairs, for a period to be subsequently 
    determined by the Speaker, in each case for consideration of such 
    provisions as fall within the jurisdiction of the committee 
    concerned.
