H.R. 1425--A bill to establish commissions to review the facts and 
    circumstances surrounding injustices suffered by European 
    Americans, European Latin Americans, and Jewish refugees during 
    World War II; to the Committee on the Judiciary, and in addition 
    to the Committee on Appropriations, for a period to be 
    subsequently determined by the Speaker, in each case for 
    consideration of such provisions as fall within the jurisdiction 
    of the committee concerned.
