H.R. 1330--A bill to amend the Public Health Service Act, the Employee 
    Retirement Income Security Act of 1974, the Internal Revenue Code 
    of 1986, and title 5, United States Code, to require that group 
    and individual health insurance coverage and group health plans 
    and Federal employees health benefit plans provide coverage of 
    colorectal cancer screening; to the Committee on Energy and 
    Commerce, and in addition to the Committees on Ways and Means, 
    Education and Labor, and Oversight and Government Reform, for a 
    period to be subsequently determined by the Speaker, in each case 
    for consideration of such provisions as fall within the 
    jurisdiction of the committee concerned.
