H.R. 1321--A bill to provide affordable, guaranteed private health 
    coverage that will make Americans healthier and can never be taken 
    away; to the Committee on Energy and Commerce, and in addition to 
    the Committees on Ways and Means, Education and Labor, and 
    Oversight and Government Reform, for a period to be subsequently 
    determined by the Speaker, in each case for consideration of such 
    provisions as fall within the jurisdiction of the committee 
    concerned.
