H.R. 1124--A bill to provide for the issuance of a semipostal in order 
    to afford a convenient means by which members of the public may 
    contribute towards the acquisition of works of art to honor female 
    pioneers in Government service; to the Committee on Oversight and 
    Government Reform, and in addition to the Committee on House 
    Administration, for a period to be subsequently determined by the 
    Speaker, in each case for consideration of such provisions as fall 
    within the jurisdiction of the committee concerned.
