H.R. 1096--A bill to create an electronic employment eligibility 
    verification system to ensure that all workers in the United 
    States are legally able to work, and for other purposes; to the 
    Committee on the Judiciary, and in addition to the Committees on 
    Ways and Means, and Education and Labor, for a period to be 
    subsequently determined by the Speaker, in each case for 
    consideration of such provisions as fall within the jurisdiction 
    of the committee concerned.
