H.R. 958--A bill to prohibit United States assistance to Mexico for 
    fiscal year 1998 unless the Government of Mexico meets certain 
    narcotics control requirements; to the Committees on International 
    Relations; Banking and Financial Services, for a period to be 
    subsequently determined by the Speaker, in each case for 
    consideration of such provisions as fall within the jurisdiction 
    of the committee concerned.
