H.R. 879--A bill to require initial intake screenings and the use of 
    youth development specialists in Federal juvenile proceedings, and 
    to encourage States and local governments to use similar 
    procedures; to the Committees on the Judiciary; Education and the 
    Workforce, for a period to be subsequently determined by the 
    Speaker, in each case for consideration of such provisions as fall 
    within the jurisdiction of the committee concerned.
