H.R. 76--A bill to amend title 10, United States Code, to permit 
    covered beneficiaries under the military health care system who 
    are also entitled to Medicare to enroll in the Federal Employee 
    Health Benefits Program; to the Committees on National Security; 
    Government Reform and Oversight, for a period to be subsequently 
    determined by the Speaker, in each case for consideration of such 
    provisions as fall within the jurisdiction of the committee 
    concerned.
