H.R. 598--A bill to provide for certain military retirees and 
    dependents a special Medicare part B enrollment period during 
    which the late enrollment penalty is waived and a special medigap 
    open enrollment period during which no underwriting is permitted; 
    to the Committees on Commerce; Ways and Means, for a period to be 
    subsequently determined by the Speaker, in each case for 
    consideration of such provisions as fall within the jurisdiction 
    of the committee concerned.
