H.R. 565--A bill to amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to 
    reinstate a 10-percent domestic investment tax credit, to provide 
    a credit for the purchase of domestic durable goods, and for other 
    purposes; to the Committees on Ways and Means; Commerce, for a 
    period to be subsequently determined by the Speaker, in each case 
    for consideration of such provisions as fall within the 
    jurisdiction of the committee concerned.
