H.R. 417--A bill to amend title XVIII of the Social Security Act to 
    provide annual screening mammography and waive deductibles and 
    coinsurance for screening mammography under the Medicare Program; 
    to the Committees on Commerce; Ways and Means, for a period to be 
    subsequently determined by the Speaker, in each case for 
    consideration of such provisions as fall within the jurisdiction 
    of the committee concerned.
