H.R. 342--A bill to provide for the comparable treatment of Federal 
    employees and Members of Congress and the President during a 
    period in which there is a Federal Government shutdown; to the 
    Committees on Government Reform and Oversight; House Oversight, 
    for a period to be subsequently determined by the Speaker, in each 
    case for consideration of such provisions as fall within the 
    jurisdiction of the committee concerned.
