H.R. 2763--A bill to provide that an annual pay adjustment for Members 
    of Congress may not exceed the cost-of-living adjustment in 
    benefits under title II of the Social Security Act for that year; 
    to the Committees on Government Reform and Oversight; House 
    Oversight, for a period to be subsequently determined by the 
    Speaker, in each case for consideration of such provisions as fall 
    within the jurisdiction of the committee concerned.
