H.R. 2760--A bill to amend the Sikes Act to establish a mechanism by 
    which outdoor recreation programs on military installations will 
    be accessible to disabled veterans, military dependents with 
    disabilities, and other persons with disabilities; to the 
    Committees on Resources; National Security, for a period to be 
    subsequently determined by the Speaker, in each case for 
    consideration of such provisions as fall within the jurisdiction 
    of the committee concerned.
