H.R. 2687--A bill to amend title XVIII of the Social Security Act to 
    provide for payment for drugs furnished incident to hospital 
    outpatient department services under the prospective payment 
    system for hospital outpatient department services; to the 
    Committees on Commerce; Ways and Means, for a period to be 
    subsequently determined by the Speaker, in each case for 
    consideration of such provisions as fall within the jurisdiction 
    of the committee concerned.
