H.R. 2683--A bill to amend the auto theft provisions of title 49, 
    United States Code, to add air bag modules to the list of major 
    auto parts protected under such provisions; to the Committees on 
    the Judiciary; Commerce, for a period to be subsequently 
    determined by the Speaker, in each case for consideration of such 
    provisions as fall within the jurisdiction of the committee 
    concerned.
