H.R. 2668--A bill to amend title XVIII of the Social Security Act to 
    remove the sunset and numerical limitation on Medicare 
    participation in Medicare+Choice medical savings account (MSA) 
    plans; to the Committees on Ways and Means; Commerce, for a period 
    to be subsequently determined by the Speaker, in each case for 
    consideration of such provisions as fall within the jurisdiction
