H.R. 2558--A bill to amend title XVIII of the Social Security Act to 
    provide for payment for hospital outpatient department services 
    equal to payment rates established for similar services provided 
    outside the hospital setting; to the Committees on Ways and Means; 
    Commerce, for a period to be subsequently determined by the 
    Speaker, in each case for consideration of such provisions as fall 
    within the jurisdiction of the committee concerned.
