H.R. 2441--A bill to amend title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 
    and the Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967 to improve 
    the effectiveness of administrative review of employment 
    discriminations claims made by Federal employees, and for other 
    purposes; to the Committees on Government Reform and Oversight; 
    Education and the Workforce, for a period to be subsequently 
    determined by the Speaker, in each case for consideration of such
