H.R. 2409--A bill to amend the Public Health Service Act, Employee 
    Retirement Income Security Act of 1974, and the Internal Revenue 
    Code of 1986 to provide for nondiscriminatory coverage for 
    substances abuse treatment services under private group and 
    individual health coverage; to the Committees on Commerce; 
    Education and the Workforce; Ways and Means, for a period to be 
    subsequently determined by the Speaker, in each case for 
    consideration of such provisions as fall within the jurisdiction 
    of the committee concerned.
