H.R. 2301--A bill to establish a program to improve the control of 
    fraud and abuse in the Medicare Program, to increase the amount of 
    civil monetary penalties which may be assessed against individuals 
    and entities committing fraud against the Medicare Program, and 
    for other purposes; to the Committees on Ways and Means; Commerce, 
    for a period to be subsequently determined by the Speaker, in each 
    case for consideration of such provisions as fall within the 
    jurisdiction of the committee concerned.
