H.R. 2280--A bill to establish limitations on the ability of a Federal 
    agency to pay a contractor under a contract with the agency for 
    the costs of compensation with respect to the services of any 
    individual; to the Committees on Government Reform and Oversight; 
    National Security, for a period to be subsequently determined by 
    the Speaker, in each case for consideration of such provisions as 
    fall within the jurisdiction of the committee concerned.
