H.R. 214--A bill to amend the Social Security Act to reinstate 
    requirements regarding Department of Housing and Urban Development 
    access to certain information of State agencies, and to amend the 
    Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to allow the Secretary of Housing 
    and Urban Development to reveal certain income tax return 
    information to public housing agencies, and for other purposes; to 
    the Committees on Ways and Means; Banking and Financial Services, 
    for a period to be subsequently determined by the Speaker, in each 
    case for consideration of such provisions as fall within the 
    jurisdiction of the committee concerned.
