H.R. 2128--A bill to permit Medicare-eligible retired members of the 
    Armed Forces and their Medicare-eligible dependents to enroll in 
    the Federal Employees Health Benefits Program; to the Committees 
    on Government Reform and Oversight; National Security, for a 
    period to be subsequently determined by the Speaker, in each case 
    for consideration of such provisions as fall within the 
    jurisdiction of the committee concerned.
