H.R. 2087--A bill to amend the Comprehensive Environmental Response, 
    Compensation, and Liability Act of 1980 to require that polluters 
    are responsible for the cleanup of hazardous substances, and for 
    other purposes; to the Committees on Commerce; Transportation and 
    Infrastructure, for a period to be subsequently determined by the 
    Speaker, in each case for consideration of such provisions as fall 
    within the jurisdiction of the committee concerned.
