H.R. 2082--A bill to establish a Commission to conduct a comprehensive 
    legal and factual study of the navigational, flood control, 
    economic development, recreational, and economic impacts of the 
    future structure, competitiveness, and financial viability of TVA, 
    and for other purposes; to the Committees on Transportation and 
    Infrastructure; Science, for a period to be subsequently 
    determined by the Speaker, in each case for consideration of such 
    provisions as fall within the jurisdiction of the committee 
    concerned.
