H.R. 2061--A bill to provide that the voters of the United States be 
    given the right, through advisory voter initiative, to propose the 
    enactment and repeal of Federal laws in a national election; to 
    the Committees on House Oversight; Rules, for a period to be 
    subsequently determined by the Speaker, in each case for 
    consideration of such provisions as fall within the jurisdiction 
    of the committee concerned.
