H.R. 1913--A bill to require reauthorizations of budget authority for 
    Government programs at least every 10 years, to provide for review 
    of Government programs at least every 10 years, and for other 
    purposes; to the Committees on Rules; the Budget; Government 
    Reform and Oversight, for a period to be subsequently determined 
    by the Speaker, in each case for consideration of such provisions 
    as fall within the jurisdiction of the committee concerned.
