H.R. 1832--A bill to achieve budgetary savings by terminating or 
    limiting certain Department of Defense programs, by reducing the 
    scope of the Stockpile Stewardship Program of the Department of 
    Energy, and by reducing arms transfer subsidies; to the Committees 
    on National Security; International Relations, for a period to be 
    subsequently determined by the Speaker, in each case for 
    consideration of such provisions as fall within the jurisdiction 
    of the committee concerned.
