H.R. 1769--A bill to provide for the imposition of administrative fees 
    for Medicare overpayment collection, and to require automated 
    prepayment screening of Medicare claims, and for other purposes; 
    to the Committees on Ways and Means; Commerce, for a period to be

    consideration of such provisions as fall within the jurisdiction
