H.R. 1732--A bill to amend the Land and Water Conservation Fund Act of 
    1965 to provide for off-budget treatment of the receipts and 
    disbursements of the land and water conservation fund and the 
    special accounts established under such Act; to the Committees on 
    Resources; the Budget, for a period to be subsequently determined 
    by the Speaker, in each case for consideration of such provisions 
    as fall within the jurisdiction of the committee concerned.
